*TENNIS TRAINING* | How To (Warmup)

Now if you do the traditional tennis training and do a short court warmup you probably just stand there and not thinking about how to warmup and improve your tennis training. Let me help you take your tennis training the the next level. There will be three different levels with with your warmup to improve your tennis training. The first level of warming up will involve hitting all slice and moving through the ball. The key is to not get your feet stuck in the ground while hitting your slices. This is just one mastery key to taking your tennis training to the next level. The next level is hitting topspin. Try using more of your hands and finishing the stroke. Many people wonder why their forehand and backhands don't improve and they basically do not finish their strokes. Finishing your stroke is another critical component to taking your tennis training to the next level. The last level for the short court warmup is adding the footwork while hitting topspin. Tennis training takes more than just hitting the ball. Adding the correct footwork to your training will dramatically improve your game. Try using some of the footwork patterns I have mentioned including the switch pattern, open stance, lift and land, run thru.
