*TENNIS FOREHAND* | How To Swing Across The Body On The (TENNIS FOREHAND)

I am a big believer in swinging low to high on the tennis forehand when the situation calls for it. The problem with swinging low to high on the tennis forehand is when you get pulled out wide. It is going to be more natural for you to swing across your body on the tennis forehand on wider balls. There are times when a player can step in on an out wide ball for the tennis forehand. It is okay in that situation to swing low to high on the tennis forehand. What happens when you do not have time to set your feet and step in on the tennis forehand? This calls for the open stance footwork pattern with the tennis forehand. Some players will find is easy to do the buggy whip on the tennis forehand while others will find it more comfortable to swing across the body on the tennis forehand. Roger Federer is one of the best at swinging across his body on wide balls when it comes to his tennis forehand. The key is to finish with space when you swing across the body. Make sure the swing arm is not up against the body at the end of the tennis forehand. Try catching the racquet away from the body to help create the space needed for this certain tennis forehand.
